This policy explains what information MatPath collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. MatPath helps parents compare college wrestling programs on cost and roster fit. We collect as little as possible.
Payment information. When you buy a MatPath Pass, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number. We receive a Stripe customer/transaction identifier and the email you provide, used to deliver your receipt and unlock your Pass.
Student-athlete academic inputs (GPA / test scores). If you use the academic-fit feature, the scores you enter are sent to our server only to compute your Reach / Match / Likely result for that request. They are never stored, logged, or retained, they exist only for the moment of that calculation, and are not sold or shared with third parties.
Basic usage analytics. We may collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data (e.g., page views) to operate and improve the site. This does not identify you and does not use tracking cookies.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to serve third-party advertising.
We use a single strictly-necessary cookie, ms_pass, set only after you sign in or purchase a Pass. It holds a signed sign-in token so your Pass stays active on your device until it expires; it is HttpOnly and Secure. We do not use tracking, advertising, or third-party cookies. You can remove it at any time by signing out or clearing your browser's cookies.
To provide and support the MatPath Pass, deliver receipts, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
Your entitlement record (Stripe identifier + Pass expiry) is retained for the applicable term so your Pass works. We do not retain the student-athlete academic inputs described above.
The only information we keep from a purchase is your email, a Stripe transaction identifier, and your Pass status and expiry. You can ask us to correct or delete that information by emailing info@envspromotions.com. Some payment records may be retained where required for accounting or legal reasons.
MatPath is intended for use by parents and guardians, not by children, and it is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian may choose to enter a prospective student-athlete's academic information (such as GPA or test scores); as described above, that information is used only to compute the result for that request and is never stored on our servers or shared. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
