The MatPath Pass is a low-cost digital product delivered immediately after purchase. We want you to be satisfied.
Because a MatPath Pass unlocks analysis you can use right away, refunds are limited. You may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, as long as you have not yet generated fit or roster results. Once results have been generated, or after 72 hours, all sales are final. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and your Pass is deactivated. We may also decline refunds in cases of repeated refund abuse.
Email info@envspromotions.com with the email used at checkout and your Stripe transaction ID. We aim to respond within 3 business days; approved refunds typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first, we can usually resolve it faster than a card dispute.
